How to gain Smart Card access

To request Smart Card access to the full range of services offered on the ForPro Client Portal, including transactional applications, please follow the steps below:

• Read the ForPro Client Portal Site Terms and Conditions.
• Complete the online User Acceptance Form (UAF).
  Upon completion of the registration a document is created; print, sign and send two hard-copies to the ForPro Clients Services.
  By completing the UAF, you accept the ForPro Client Portal Site Terms & Conditions.
• Return the UAF to your BNP Paribas Fortis contact person or to the ForPro Clients Services.
