Where can I find my user number?
Your user number is on your Isabel card ("User ID"). It consists of a series of 13 digits separated by dashes (e.g. 1-1234567-123-12).

Your Isabel card.
To identify yourself or sign transactions with a card reader, you must always have an Isabel smartcard.What should I do if I obtain the error message "Your certificate is blocked or has expired" when I connect to PC banking Business?
Whenever you log in, the card user's status is checked. This message appears if:
- your card has been blocked;
- the date and time of your PC are not in order;
- your card's certification deadline has been reached.

How do I avoid the certificate selection screen in the case of a single certificate?
If you are the only user of PC banking Business, you can deactivate the "Certificate selection" request window when you connect.
Procedure:
- Go to Start > Settings > Control Panel > Internet Option.
- Click on the Security tab.
- Select Internet and click on Customise level.
- Scroll down to Do not request customer certificate selection when only one or no certificate and select Activate.
- Click on OK.
To do this, however, you must have administrator rights for your computer.
How do I open PC banking Business if there are several users on the same computer?
Check that the security certificate of each user is properly loaded in the computer.
To change user:
- close your PCB Business session and browser;
- open a new Internet session for the new user. They will then be able to connect by choosing their security certificate.

Do you obtain an alert message when you connect with your Isabel card?
This certificate guarantees the security of your transactions. You must accept this to be able to connect.

If you click on "View Certificate", you will obtain more details, particularly on the aspect that the issuer is indeed Isabel: "Issued by: Isabel Certification Authority".
Have you forgotten your password?
You must order a new card. As a safety precaution, the password is stored on your chip card. It is therefore impossible to find your password or request a new one without changing your card.

Check it is the card corresponding to your PC banking Business contract.

Does the password encryption screen turn red when you enter your password?
The password entry screen turns red if you have entered an incorrect password. After entering the wrong password 5 times, your card will be definitively blocked.

I have entered 5 wrong passwords and the message "Card definitively blocked! You have to get another card!" appears. What is the answer?
If the following message appears:

What do I do if my Isabel card is lost or stolen?
If your Isabel card is lost or stolen, call Card Stop to block it immediately on +32 (0)70 344 344 (available 24/7 from Belgium or abroad).
Try to give Card Stop as much information as possible, such as your surname, first name, user contract number and the name of the company at which the card is used.
Note down and keep the file number Card Stop will give you. This will allow Isabel's customer service to help you obtain a new card more quickly after notification of loss or theft.
How do I access PC banking Business if I am a user under several contracts?
After authentication, the list of agreements linked to your Isabel card will be displayed. Simply choose the agreement with which you would like to work.
